(no subject)
Damn. I'm exhausted. Went for like a 45 minute bike ride and a 15 minute run (woo brick training!) and was just freakin' hurting through the whole thing. Brick days aren't supposed to be hard! They are supposed to get your body used to switching activities. But it was definitely an off day. Maybe I should get some sleep one of these days...
Oh, and as a side note, my right knee was really sore after yesterday's run. And then it was sorta ok after todays (was sore before it) so I made sure to whack it really hard on the door frame to make sure it would be sore and familiar again today ;-)

pj pants! and big comfy other pants, or sometimes clothes that make me feel like I'm cute/sexy. And sometimes bike/run clothes, or a wetsuit. Kinda depends on mood and what I'm doing.

Does 3 count as morning? Umm... yeah, 3 AM. At least the alarm often goes off then first (but some days I love my snooze button). At least it's almost the weekend
