School is so hard this semester. Jill Bouma is about the craziest lady I ever met. Methods of Research should definitely be the hardest class I've ever taken... I am not scared to go to Grad school anymore.
Ari's mom is in the hospital and all of you should pray for her at least once. She believes in the power of prayer and when we tell her our friends and family pray for her she perks up just a little more. Thanks to all of you who already have though. I appreciate it.
News from KnoxXxville.. a great big TREE fell on our HOUSE! Yeah... stinks huh? Hopefully the home-owner insurance will pay for it. But gee... that's just another thing to add to the list, huh? Its hard not having money enough to take care of things like cutting trees or fixing cars. Speaking of.. I am reading this book for my Soc 110 class called Amazing Grace. Its about destitute people in the Bronx. True stories. Makes me realize that I don't have faith in anything because I don't know what suffering is. Imagine having Aids, living in a tiny apartment with no air and bars on the windows, roaches on the tables and bathtubs and cabinets and beds, rats in the babies' rooms, shootings outside your window, drug dealers, prostitutes... and here we are without a little money in Appalachia and we cry... its just something you can't know without experiencing it first hand I suppose.
Tomorrow is another day so I better get in bed. Just wanted to say hi to everybody. Glad to have seen you all!
