[The PCD is a little shaky; Katara apparently had the bright idea to record while tromping across the top of the frozen lake. I do. Although I mainly focus on the meditation part.

You can do what you'd like at the dojo. As for self-defense lessons, Colonel Mustang has organized them before. He's probably the best person to speak to about them.
