This might be a stupid question, but do we have any sort of formal emergency plans for the city? I hear that people are winter-proofing their homes, but what happens if our PCDs stop working? Do we have designated meeting places, or - food stored or anything like that? Maybe we should work on fortifying safehouses or something, in case the next animals that go crazy aren't as easy to deal with as the rabbits.

Just thinking.

[Sheesh, this place is gloomy, and from the sounds of it, things are starting to get to her. Not that she can complain too loudly: she hasn't really known anyone who's died closely, but it hardly changes things.]
