Um - does anyone have any extra fabric or -- nice material, I guess? I don't mean nice nice, I know most things here are ruined, but if anyone has anything extra just laying around..

[Haha guess who is scrambling to make a dress for herself days before prom?]

I know where the good things are! You can't wear most of them, but maybe you could cut them apart for fabric.

Really? I don't mind sewing it myself, I just don't have anything to sew!

[She nods twice, quickly.]

No one wears dresses like that normally, so most of them are still there. They're dirty and some of them are ripped, but you can still use the good parts.

Do you mind if I ask where they are?

[Like everything else too-picked-over and not-useful:]

At the mall. Some parts are still safe to walk through there.

We could go in the morning when it's light out, if you'd like.

If you want. I wanted to look for some things we need at the temple, too.

Rei-chan has a date. And I'll go, too. [She can't really speak for Setsuna or Yuuichirou, though.]

Sure. We have to enjoy ourselves while it's the prom, after all.

We don't have anything like it back at home.

Eh? You don't dance? Or are they just different dances?

[Japan doesn't exactly have proms, either; she had to have it explained. But dances... that, they sometimes have.]

I've danced a few times, but - the village I grew up in was really small, Usagi.

Sort of like me. I went to a fancy party once where everyone was dancing. One other time, too.

[And she used to dance a lot, a very long time ago.]

Aang threw a party, once, for the kids in the Fire Nation schools. And I snuck into a party in the Earth Kingdom, too, but that was mostly just nobles being noble and mingling.
