So, you know about this Halloween thing too?

We can handle it, yeah. [Her smile is sincere.]

And we celebrated it last year. I liked it.

[Cause SO many people are talking about this holiday. And Suki wants to know about it.]

We dressed up in costumes, and someone provided music, and there was dancing -- and it was just a lot of fun.

That sounds kinda nice. Almost like that prom thing Hanna was talking about.

What's a prom?

This dance thing. Apparently girls have to wear fancy dresses, but I don't know if they'll do that here. But it sounds like it'll be fun. I've never danced before.

I've danced a little.

[Mostly with Aang, but this isn't the time or place.]

We could practice together!

Sure. You're going to have to teach me though. All I know is fighting.

You fight more gracefully than anyone else I've ever met, Suki. You won't need much instruction.

Thanks Katara. That means a lot. But you know, you're an amazing fighter too.

You're just as good as me, Suki, and you don't even have bending to rely on.

[Katara is grinning at her slightly.]

[Suki laughed.] I do try. But you are probably the best water bender there is.

Thanks, Suki - but that also means I'm almost useless without water.
