Over the weekend and through the woods...
A lot has happened this past weekend, my LS has done some pretty fun stuff. Unfortunately I don't have a lot of screen shots to share today because when I went to mail them to myself I apparently copied the same zip file twice... oh well. Anyway I do have a few pics that are fun.
On Friday our LS went to fight Kirin. I had been holding the seals for months now and they were becoming cumbersome on my inventory so I talked the leader into doing two runs. The first run I got to use my seals, I traded them and of course Kirin poped with aggro on me. He started casting Stone V and I ran away, but in the lag I unfortunately didn't get far enough. For all the magic defense, stoneskin, and blink that I had up it couldn't resist the spell. I took almost 800 damage anyway, and as a taru that was instant death.
The fight was terrible and just went downhill from there. As I raised up and went to rest he summoned Suzaku. Someone in the main alliance apparently tagged him so we couldn't call for help without risking Kirin being called on too. That set us back almost 3 minutes while the LS leader gained hate and left the alliance to call for help. Unfortunately as he was doing this Kirin decided to summon Genbu too.
Within the five minutes of weakened time that I had he managed to pop all four gods. It was ridiculous and since we screwed up Suzaku at the start and only had killed Genbu at this point we were in pretty bad shape and ended up wiping. This was only the second wipe to Kirin ever in the LS history.
Later that day my friends Darkfire and Slayna decided we'd do some BCNM40 runs. Of course Darkfire and I both have TH -5002 so our drops were incredibly dissapointing. Out of the 3 orbs we got one Ni and no P Charm. :(
In my last entry I talked about the draw distance plugin for Windower. Man I can't stop talking about how much I love it. This game looks absolutely beautiful with it on... check out Zi'Tah as I see it:
