Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Frosting
I used my nephew's simple peanut butter cookie recipe (cup PB, cup sugar, 1 egg, tsp vanilla) and baked a dozen big cookies to eat with chocolate frosting.
Yummy.
ETA for those who might use the recipe: Try to use a Peanut Butter that's only peanuts and salt for best results. The ones with sugar and added oils don't make as good a cookie.
