This whole physical therapy thing is just a sneaky way for my doctor to make me exercise, isn't it?

But the neck massage and the electrical muscular stimulation make it all worth while. It's all I can do not to purr.

Oooh. I have a mini version of an electrical stimulator (that sounds *so* bad...) at home for my back pain. It's the best thing ever.

My mom had a TENS unit for her back, too. If I had one of my own, I think I'd be tempted to give up the computer -- well, maybe reduce my use a bit.

Ohhhhhh, I start my own pt next week for my neck and shoulder and I can't wait. It is sooooooooooooooooo good at the end. I just lie in the small therapy room when it's finished and soak in the good feelings.

It really makes it easier to go to work afterwards, too.
