Vacation Day 5
Not much on today's agenda except relaxing. Mom's still resting from her surgery. She may be able to get out tomorrow.
I'm planning on taking my Aunt B. to get new glasses when Mom can go with us.
I finished Robin Cook's "Marker" today. I bought it to read on the flight home, but only got to read half of it then. I was able to finish it today. I love the Jack Stapleton/Laurie Montgomery medical murder mysteries that start in the New York Medical Examiner's Office. Cook has another novel out in hard cover, "Crisis," that I might get for the flight home. It follows up on a subplot in "Marker." I've only read one review for it and that was rather ho-hum.
I'm starting to want to write again.
Maybe this vacation thing is working.
