Strange Days & "The ballerina who persuaded Bowie to dance"

Today I finished watching Strange Days (Trailer), the whole 145 minutes cut like I've never seen it before.

I watched it stretched over three days, while taking a 2 miles walk home, in the evening, through back alleys. And the surroundings made for an eerie impression how a dystopian future imagined in 1995 partially materialized in the 2010s.

The most memorable thing about the first time I saw it (badly cut for TV) was Skunk Anansie (video with scenes from the movie).

This time around, the most noticeable thing about it was Angela Bassett. (O.M.G.) She and her character were a perfect match. xD
