Time's really a rare commodity during the holidays, so this is late and short.

Ah, Tonami. ♥ ♥ ♥ I love her most for her interaction with her "boys". She is that confident, strong type of musumeyaku that I like so much. The way she stood her ground in the face of being surrounded by otokoyaku stars and the whole Aqua5 business is just admirable. They all seemed to get along pretty, pretty well and it's those off stage vibes that take precedence over anything that happened on stage.
One of my favorite Tonami scenes is the one from the Joyful! II revue, where she and Yumiko trick Mizu and then leave together. The way they smile at each other seems so genuine, even if it was fake it was well done, so much love for that. ♥
Tonami was always a pleasure to watch, look at and listen to and she was game for all kinds of fun with her "boys". It seemed like such a natural fit that I never questioned the why or how.
(What I love about the picture on the right side is how casually natural they all look, including Yumiko's arm around Tonami... :P)
