My memory of it is a little fuzzy, and I lent my copy to Ashara so I don't have it here to look at, but my recollection is that it's more about how gender and lesbianism relate to Takarazuka than a behind-the-scenes documentation of how Takarazuka "works."
There's some historical stuff about queer women in 20th-century Japan that I found particularly interesting.
