For the TL;DR (Too long didn't read) International wig has sent me the wrong product and is telling me that I am wrong. They refuse to send me the correct item and are treating me rather rudely. I advise people to not do business with them, or else you may receive the incorrect item and be talked down to. There are two different product codes for the item I ordered and I got the one with the wrong product code. I also got messages back from the "photographer" (from the same email, mind you) as "back up" to their problems. They called me rude and told me that they refuse to give me my money back because I am not right and will not be right.
So sorry for the too long, didn't read but do not order from these people! If you receive the wrong item, they will NOT change it to the right item.
My First Email to Them:
Back around November 27 I ordered a wig from your website, International Wig. It was my first time ordering with International Wig and I ordered with confidence due to a friend's recommendation. I've been waiting on this wig for quite some time, but the style that I received today (December 12th) most certainly will NOT work with what I need it for. The ponytails seem molded on, it's entirely too neat, and the small built-in flowers clash with the rest of my outfit. It has taken a while to receive my item, only for me to receive the wrong item. I ordered the Karma, not the Karmae. The Karmae has flowers in it and is not the right wig that I need! I need the Karma (the one without the flowers in the hair, and it's bigger and an entirely different product code!)

hi they are the same wig. one is our pic. we removed the flowers. i am certainly sorry for any confusion however we named the wigs the same as they are the same wig. there is no other wig like this. its KARMA- KArmae due to different images of SAME item. its totally the same and styled for the pic. one cant be bigger. its the SAME item. thank you

Yes, and I ordered the one you styled. Why would you PRODUCT CODE different for these two items? I am assuming that product code IW_KARMA means that you styled the wig. It's false advertising to say that they are the same item, when one is styled differently.

The bottom line is I ordered the IW_KARMA and DID NOT RECEIVE THIS. I guess that stands for International Wig Karma and it was styled differently. It is my right as the customer to get what I see in this picture and what I paid for. On my invoice links to the IW_KARMA and I did not receive that item. I did not order the SAME item. Why would you have a different product code and a different listing for the SAME item?

hardly do we style wigs for sale. it clearly clearly states this on our website. every wig needs to be styled.
in no way is it fake advertising. how silly. we need different codes as you cant use the same code on a cart. you cant have two items of the same name. period. you got what you ordered. the model is in our office now and has the wig in her office she said. also the photographer is here to vouch for it as well. they dont understnad how you can look at the wig you got and think its not the right item. it is ovbiously the item. you simply need to style it as website explains- NO wig comes styled! thank you!

Why would you need a different product code for something that is "not a different wig". Your reasoning makes no sense in any way. I know the item I thought I was ordering based on the information on your website, the different product codes to add DIFFERENT wigs to the shopping cart would say that my wig would not have the flowers in it.
Why would you have a special page for a "styled" wig that doesn't come styled? I don'tw ant to hear about any junk about how you specially style wigs for display, but if there are TWO DIFFERENT product codes AND NAMES that you can add to the cart, then you need to send me what is pictured. It does not say on that page "This is exactly like the other KarmaE only it's styled differently"

I am Mary, photographer of International Wig
Karma wig was left with flowers on. No flowers were cut off. I simply picked the wig and sprayed it for the picture. The hair covers the flowers. This is not cutting it, simply fluffing it out. I did not cut the wig. Its the Karmae wig and only one is made. There is no other wig you could have gotten as no other company makes such a style.
All wigs need this as when they arrive to you they have been in a bag for months. This item was in no way specially styled, simply picked out and fluffed. No wig you purchased would arrive to you in such a manner either, as the website states all wigs need to be styled, and this is for wherever you buy the item, as I am also working with other Wig companies. No one sends it styled unless you pay for such a service!

You people are coming across as very rude and I rather discuss this transaction via phone, rather than get the "photographer" to message me. How am I supposed to believe that I'm receiving info from different people? Regardless, you are using false advertising and I rather have my money back as well as money to ship this wig back to you, along with an apology, because this is ridiculous. I want what I ordered. What I ordered was a styled wig, and as someone who has ordered MANY wigs in the past, I know that some wigs DO come with the generally style.
I don't have time to style a wig, when I ordered a wig that I knew was styled already.
International Wig:
We have alredy told you. No wig comes styled. Read the website please. We dont offer service on the phone. You got as ordered. Each item needs a unique code. You received what you ordered. Now you need to style it as site says! We are not rude, you are. We resent your insinuations!
In the end this lead to NOTHING. A paypal claim did not work, and they just told me "GO AHEAD AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT US. SEE IF WE CARE"
Wow, what a GREAT business. UGH
