Drunk post--stray cat

The World's Most Adorable Stray Cat followed me and Jon home tonight from our friend James' place (about a mile). It was a skinny short-haired orange male tabby that I named Toshi, after the Vermilion Pleasure Night One Point English Lesson sketches, because I kept calling "come on" as it followed us home. When we got back to our place, we fed Toshi an enormous bowl of cat food. I sat outside petting him while he ate until 2:00 AM, and then I said my goodbyes. I hope he doesn't get run over by a car. Whenever we would cross a street he looked both ways before following me. Toshi is the smartest cat in the world. He is also very cuddly. I hope some nice family adopts him and makes a safe home for him. It broke my heart to have to say goodbye to him. I begged Jon to let me take him in, but he said no because we already have four cats and can't afford the vet expenses. Saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad face. Not gonna lie, I cried.
