FINALLY!!!! a weekend
This week included homecoming, which I'm certain is code among teachers for "let's see how stupid we can make the students look like and act like before they realize that they are incredibly silly!"
I didn't fall for it. sure, the day on which we were all told to dress up like pirates was sweet, but dress-up day is the lamest school spiritesque day possible. we were supposed to all wear suits, bow ties, and sunday dresses to school. ah, no. though yes, the school team won the football game, which was really nice.
Pep rallies in which there are high-pitched, glass-breaking, hyperhyperactive girls placed strategically throughout the crowd so that everyone may face the maximum amount of irritation...there are no words to describe the sheer agony.
Then, happily, and finally, I got my brackets off. not braces, brackets. in the spring, the orthodontist explained that the braces were not working properly. so they took the wires off my braces and made plans to take the brackets off- they thought they'd have enough time in three months. *sheepishly* I forgot to go. so they scheduled me another month into the distance, and now...Look! No braces!
I am slowly working my way towards finishing up some fanfictions, which I will probably post. that should be fun. I must go ahead and warn you- I get highly excitable when anyone says anything about my writing, good or bad, ugly or worse. this has been a frustration to Mum and my sister, pendraegona. they read something, give me their opinion, and then I ask for more details. details are brilliant in reviews. also, sometimes I don't make things clear and have to debate them.
