[help?]
So I'm in a bit of a pickle. multi_genfic is working fine, all things considered. However there seem to be quite a few participants who are only interested in writing Buffyverse fic. And then with nominations there is the constant problem of five people requesting five different fandoms to write for. Which then of course never pop up, because the more 'popular'/standard fandoms keep taking all the space. And I thought maybe a poll to start every round would work better, but no one seemed interested in that? I may just do a poll without the community's interest because as a mod, I feel like I'm constantly juggling too many interests?
So on the one hand, I was thinking maybe the Buffyverse needs its own gen-fic exchange... but do I really want to take on another community under my wing? Probably if I did that, it would be only once a month - or every four weeks - instead of every two weeks. Primarily because I can't imagine that I'll be able to run two exchanges running at the same pace and still try to maintain my own writing interest in femslash_minis, which I dearly love.
