Canada v. Sweden Curling Semi-Finals!!!
So I have a co-worker who had a friend who had a ticket for the men's curling semi finals. I went. I saw. I had the time of my life. I don't know how much you know about me and curling, but I love the sport. Love it. Canada played a brilliant game (with the exception of that one end where the skip got reaaaal lucky that the Swedes were so risk-it-all).
I have to say it was one of the best times of my life. The first time I see a game as a spectator and it only cost me $105. For the semi finals. Pure bliss.
I am also taking tomorrow off to tour around the pavilions that are stupidly closing after the Olympics and before the Paralympics. Sigh.
