So, I haven't posted in a long time so I thought I would take a few minutes to update. How's everyone doing? I hope everyone had a really nice spring break and that your semester is going well.
My classes are good for the most part. I can't stand one of my classes because my professor is so far out there that it is ridiculous. I can't wait to be done with that class!!! My econ professor was arrested over spring break for resisting arrest in a Florida airport after he allegedly swung a trash can at a police office, slapped his hand, and bit his finger when he was being handcuffed. But even after all of this MSU has allowed him to come back and teach. He is quite a character, but I don't see him flipping out that much--so I don't know if we can believe the media reports. In any case I'm glad that he is back because his class is relatively easy.
My spring break was nice. Shelby, Mike, Joe, Mike's friend Rob, and I went up to Boyne Mountain to ski for a day. We stayed in style at the Bay Harbor Inn and Megan, Jenny, and Erin went up to the water park for the day and stayed the night also. It was a good time-- only my 3rd time skiing but I would say that I did pretty well. Shelby, on the other hand, was having some issues on the snow board. I think Joe put it best when he said, "She is action packed with issues today." We all had fun laughing with her about all of her tumbles...haha. (I think she fell almost every time she tried to get off the chairlift).
In other news, I have a new car as of today!! I'm pretty excited because I won't have to drive that old Bonneville anymore. It's a 2007 Nissan Sentra. My mom and I spent two days going to look at cars, and after much dealing with Garber we were able to agree on a price. The disappointing thing is that now I'm at State and the new car is at home and I'm not going to pay to park it here for only the 6 weeks remaining. So, it isn't going to be driven much until I am back for the summer.
Well I think that is about all that has happened recently. March Madness is now here, so hopefully my bracket will turn out to be good.
Keep it real guys. Enjoy the rest of the school year, and I'll be home next for Easter so I will see some of you then.
