(no subject)
I was finally able to start working on chapter 6 again. After two or three rewrites (honestly, I lost count), I think I've got it to where I'm happy with it, and the angst is at a level that is acceptable to me. I'm such an angst!whore, lol! I'm considering posting what I've got and calling it a shortened chapter. I've got other little bits written, but I just have to tie them in and rework them until I'm happy with it. Call it my muse being a persnickety bitch, or my perfectionist streak showing, I don't know.
So far, everything appears to be full steam ahead on the college plans. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there won't be any more roadblocks, because I really want to go back. I'm even obscenely excited about the title of the textbook for the anthropology class I'm enrolled in! Physical Anthropology & Archaeology. Presuming that everything goes as planned, I hope I like it.
Also very excited because Shark Week is coming up! Call it my favorite week of the year. ^_^
