Weighed in Thurs Night last week, lost 0.8 lbs, total of 56 lbs. I know I lost more than that but there's a big differnce between weighing in before breakfast and weighing in after dinner. Then thanks to a road trip, I blew points wide open. Haven't really made it more than 3 days without sugar and more likely 1-2 days. Gym has been good for cardio, not so good for weights, working on fixing that.

I've also instituted a tally mark reward for resisting temptation due to the amount of candy in my new office. Each time I resist, I get a tally mark. 1 tally mark=1 page extra reading. Yay! Also, 7 days w/o sugar, I get a new book, 14 days I get a manicure and a pedicure (obviously not expecting that to happen often).
