Diet is ongoing and slow, doesn't help that i got just recovered from a cold then got another one last one was in my head and throat mucus, now its purely on my chest, and with the cold it hurts to breath.

so drinking fizzy drinks but not as much or as often as i used to.... doing light exercises in the house but havent been swimming or to gym as have coughing fits and dizzy spells when breathles

when i have lost more weight i will do a better post and set my self goal
