I'm listening to the Final Fantasy VI (III) Piano collections right now, and it just really amazes me how perfectly each song fits its character/scenario. Kefka's song is the absolute perfect example, along with the Opera scene theme.
God, to create music for video games such as this would be such a wonderful task.
So much emotion involved, so much creativity and detail.
I love it.
I highly suggest listening to any of Squares soundtracks.
Chrono Chross has an absolutely amazing soundtrack, and can only fully be appreciated by first listening to Chrono Trigger.
