-Short update on the day-went tanning and got hair cut, i smell especiallly (with three l's) good. Anyway, it has recently come to my attention, (on monday actually) that my 18th birthday is friday, this friday, and i didn't even see it coming. When dealing with the suprising loss of time such as this, there are really only two things one can do, lament over what she didn't do, or hope for what she will. For whatever reason, I have chosen the latter. Here are somethings I didn't get to do before 18, that i'd like to do before 21...

1. Land my double flip and axle (this may make no sense to you, they're basically difficult but cool looking skating jumps)

2. Ace a U of M math test (even if its in a remedial class)

3. Play my guitar, WELL

4. Buy shoes I can't afford

5. Date a black guy, or at least make friends with one in order to bring him home to dad

6. Make love to music, could be any genre, just not rap or country, but the first time should be to Led Zepplin, not with the black guy

7. run a marathon (rethinking, overzealous) ok, run like 10 miles

8. run like 5 miles (reasonable)

9. buy more shoes I can't afford

10. Learn how to change a tire

11. go to a concert, one that looks like I shouldn't be there, and mosh

12. Visit another state, any other state

13. Stand up for myself

14. go to prom (checking this one off)
