Movie The Hunt for Gollum opens this May 3rd

The countdown for the release of the fanmovie The Hunt for Gollum has started. The production is going to be released on the web this May 3rd (if it is not stopped by Tolkien's estate). Tickets for the world premiere at SCI-FI-LONDON were available starting the end of March. These are going to be free to the public at a first come first served basis. The lucky people who got their tickets will be contacted by the production.
The script is adapted from elements of the appendices of The Lord of the Rings. The story follows the Heir of Isildur; the "greatest huntsman and traveller in Middle Earth" as he sets out to find the creature Gollum. The creature must be found to discover the truth about the Ring, and to protect the future Ringbearer.
In order to calm down the nerves of millions of nerds, Dailymotion posted this week on the web a new trailer for the movie which you can see below.
