The true end of an era
Well with Tom Brokraw and Dan Rather now retire, all that was left of the triumvirates of the three networks was Peter Jennings. Well that isn't so anymore. Tonight the broadcast legend lost his battle with Lung cancer and now walks with the angels and legends. He was born in 1938 and so was My dad. If my dad had won his battle with lung cancer he would have been the same age as Peter Jennings, which was 67. Two great men taken before their time..may they have solace and peace in the Next life.
