Uganda, here i come...?
I finally sent out my support letters today.
I'm trying to not let myself be discouraged about the fact that people don't seem very excited about me going to Uganda.
It's also discouraging to think about how hard it's turning out to be to raise the money. But i'm trusting God to provide a way.
Pray for the people to whom i sent letters. Pray that they will be sensitive to the prompting of the Spirit in how much they should give. Pray for soft hearts and generous spirits. And if any of you out there in LJ-land would like to make a donation, feel free to send me a check. If you want it to be tax-deductible, you can make it out to Mt. Morris First Baptist Church and write "Kathy's Trip" on the memo line. Fund-raising ideas are also appreciated.
