sorry, i have not been around but i had a very busy week indeed..
on tuesday, i had this oral exam about my specialization in logistics management and basically it was the graduation exam! funny, though that i am still lightyears from graduation! anyway, i was so damn nervous about it.. i have never had many oral exams except for the year i was in rome.. but this was different, however!
the exam itself was a kind of a torture. i was somehow quite distracted and then the professor asked quite "globally" whereas i studied rather in detail. but the most important thing is that i PASSED! i was so amazed to get 2 (1 is best) - i myself would have gone for 4 (which is just passed) but on the other hand, i have no idea what kind of people the professor get to see with these exams. i just hate to talk about something i do not know or cannot think of so i prefer to keep my mouth shut or tell so.. but there are definitely many people, who just talk hot air! after the exam i went to pick up our tickets for florence in september and i did some general shopping which need to be done. but i all i actually craved was my bed! i was way too tired to do something productive in the evening. i was even too tired to watch the x-files!
they are not the nicest ones but the only scans i recently have. it's also a pity one cannot see the dimensions on the scan..
i will go home this weekend again. i cannot wait to see everybody again. gregor has been with my family for the entire week now (he is on holiday) and i am so jealous. they called me every day filling me in on what daytrips they have done and what's up.. and me?! i had to study and then to work again. bleah :/
on wednesday night, i was at the movies. a co-worker had free tickets and she asked me to join. the movie was antikörper. sorry, the description is in german but it is a german movie. one of the most signigicant at the time being. it was a weird movie but a very good one. some might draw parallels to hannibal, the cannibal but there was a bigger gap between the good and bad sides in all of us.. if you are interested in german movies, this is one you should not miss (but it contains some scenes that are not easy to digest).
