1) In the comments, post five things for me to explain/discuss that you're curious about. I'll answer them in a post.
2) In return, I'll give you five things I'm curious about for you to explain/discuss in your own journal. You know, if you want to be tagged.
1.) Marion - My grandmother, whom I love very much. I'm sad she wouldn't go home, but I respect her choices. It also seems like hospital visits involving the leg are common, because it wasn't 2 days ago my mother-in-law was in the hospital for leg-related troubles.
2.) Artwork - I enjoy artwork in many great forms. I love to create art, but I'm too hard on myself when I do, I think. Also, I'm not a huge fan of Picasso's work after he started to "grow up." Look at some of his work from his childhood, and you'll see why.
3.) Sand - There's not a lot of sand in the desert -- just dust. I would have expected more sand. I miss sand, though -- would love to get to the beach, now that the weather's getting nicer.
4.) Creativity in work versus creativity at home - I don't do a lot of creative stuff at work, believe it or not. Most of the time, I'm working with pre-existing layouts and so on. However, once in a while I do get to create something, and then it's usually a lot of fun. That being said, I pretty much dedicate a lot more time to creating at home.
5.) Best way to wake up - Without aid, and feeling well-rested. I hate having to wake up to the alarm every day.
1.Kirk or Picard?Picard, for sure. He seemed to have a better head on his shoulders, and he didn't break the rules to the point of hilarity every five seconds.
2.Doez you like brussel(sp?) sprouts? Absolutely! Especially with some butter and salt.
3.Gemstones I'm not a huge fan of jewelry, but I do like Peridot and Emeralds.
4.Video Games Oh, how I love the video games. I could play nothing but video games for the rest of my life and die a happy women. Incidentally, I'll likely be playing Tetris the whole time. XD
5.Sith or Jedi? Jedi, simply because bad-ass Obi-Wan Kenobi is one. I don't think people often consider how great a Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi is/was. He did a lot of great things, but his ending felt a bit feeble. Poor guy. At least he didn't go like Darth Maul, though.
