I have found my calling!!.....
Ladies & Germz....I have found where I want to be for the next 25-30 years working....and that's in pediatrics....yep yep, that's right..these past 2 weeks, my clinical sessions have been in the pediatrics unit @ Winthrop...and let me tell you..doing vitals on a barely 2 month old tiny lil' thing who's totally at peace asleep in his mother's arms made my whole being shiver.....I mean, I could not...WOULD NOT...stop smiling being there....all the lil munchkins running around...I was just in total bliss...my classmate has this lil' 5 year old girl with so many dimples, I pulled a "Bill Cosby" and kept trying to take her dimples away..you have to watch the Cosby Show to understand the dimples thing...but I mean, I didn't want to leave...I even had to give a toddler a shot, and this lil one was fiesty...but I managed to calm him down, and gave him a shot, and the best part was, he didn't want me to leave......oh mean, that brought such warmth to my heart....all the sacrifices, all the studying, all the motivation I had made these past 2 weeks absoutely frickin' worth it....
Although I've been MIA from all my friends' lives, I just want you all to know that I'm still here, and I'm still around..and when my b-day comes around next month...PAR-TAY....PAR-TAY....I'm thinking BBQ @ my house again...or maybe @ a park or maybe just go club to club and get hammered.....I miss all you guys, and I fully intend on being around once school's done...
Oh...and guess who's headin' to da island of Jamaica, mon?... he he he.....
