Trinity (a personal understanding [from a believer])
When you listen to most theologians the response when you bring up the trinity is that it is mystery. I once heard that the most a person can commonly hold in their thoughts is three ideas. If we can commonly hold three ideas concurrently this means there are times when we would be able to hold more. I think that is what so much mediation is about. Let us attempt for a moment to hold on to our creator, by asking our helper to remind us of God's character as a human being.
