'Harold & Kumar' Filming in Detroit

The filming of the third installment of the "Harold & Kumar" series is under way, and has hit Detroit with holiday spirit.
Decorated with tinsel and lights, Congress Street has been transformed into a live Christmas scene for the holiday-themed comedy, "A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas."

Directed by Todd Strauss-Schulson and featuring returning main actors John Cho and Kal Penn, the film's production has been taking place in and out of Detroit.

As the first of the series in 3-D, the movie is a sequel to "Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle" (2004) and "Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay" (2008). Detroit production will end in August.
