Thank you! My inspiration was from this soap opera, years ago, which replaced one actress with another by having the character burned in a fire and undergo plastic surgery. The new actress was significantly taller than the original and her short friends joked that they'd like to be in a fire too. This is the only fic I've written and I'm not planning on writing any more.

Thanks! I strugged with picking a fan reference for that line, and euclase saved me by suggesting Doctor Who.

Love this, especially the Doctor Who reference (I'm a HUGE fan of it) and *sighs* part of me really wishes they had gone this route instead of choosiing to write Kutner off like they did.

And lol you're obviously very aware of the fact both Omar Epps and Kal Penn having Twitter accounts. . . I admit I've been 'following' both on there lol *g*

Hee! Oh, this is brilliant! ! Love the Doctor Who reference too. XD lol, I wish they'd tried this route for real. House could still go crazy, maybe the fire was somehow his fault and he's consumed by guilt. XD

Heh, that would be Jensen Ackles, from his stint on "Dark Angel" and currently on "Supernatural". I bet Kutner would be on board too, Jensen is *hot*!
