Wow.
Adam has not only agreed to give me his half of the money for the divorce, and in double-quick time too, he's offered to pay for all of it. Which I'm not going to let him do. Pride in paying my own way + being a soft touch = refusing to take more than half the money from him.
So. Thinking I'll meet him somewhere neutral to get the money, rather than go to him or let him come to me or give him my bank details for online payment.
25 minutes till shortbread will be baked. I've never baked shortbread before. So far it smells lovely. Hopefully it will also taste good. (I'm edgy. I'm baking. These two often go together. It would be a cake but I'm out of eggs and don't want to go to Tesco.)
