I had to ring Evelyn to let me in the front door because I didn't know the code to get in the staff entrance
Kathy was late in because of a road accident
Podiatrist dude whose name I don't know was also late in because of a different road accident which I must've only missed by a few minutes

And that was all before 9 o'clock. It's been busy so far this morning.
