White Collar + recs

What I love about this show is that everytime I think it couldn't possibly get more OT3-ish, it totally does.

Hee, Peter is ~manly~ and likes football and Neal doesn’t, he is ~sophisticated~ and likes art. :)
Neal = Peter Pan!!!

I now have an image of Mozzie and Peter meeting secretly in order to plot how to save Neal from Kate. Oh Neal, once he gives his heart away, that seems to be it, huh?

My wife’s inviting you to lunch, good thing is I get to come along too.
'Lunch?’, is that’s what the kids are calling it now? Also, Peter’s lack of sophistication is adorable.

I do love it when Neal acts like a wayward child and Peter gets to slap him.

He is odd.
In a good way.

Mrs, Suit.
Hee, oh Mozz, I do adore you as does Peter. Screw Neal, Mozzie is the real genius here. I really want to know why he does everything for Neal.

NEAL WALKS THE DOG, can you get more domestic than that?

NEAL TEACHING PETER HOW TO FORGE A SIGNATURE IS THE MARK OF TRUE LOVE. Ahem. I just love everything about this scene.

Peter, peter, peter, you would have never been so stupid had Neal been there with you. I do admire the judge, she is awesome!evil.

No amount of money would have been as satisfying as catching you the first time. Or the second.
No one likes a bragger.
♥ ♥ ♥

El was an assistant manager at an art gallery! Peter loves the arty types, does he?? :D
Heeeeee, how charming indeed. Mozzie and El bonding fills me with glee.
OH MY GOD, he was afraid to ask her out and so she gave him a hint, in a Love Actually way. < 333333333333333

misappropriating FBI resources to follow a girl. The suit is sly.
He is a bit of a bad boy.
HEEEEEE!!!

This could be the beginning of a very good OT3 fic.
They can’t sleep in their own bed, and Neal’s is so very big. Peter talks in his sleep. I LOVE information like this.

I was so sure it was going to be Peter, but the fact that it was Elizabeth that goes to see Neal is so perfect, because Peter can’t ask Neal, but she can, because they both love him. And of course Neal can’t say no to her and Mozzie is a genius. (Also, El doesn’t mind breaking the law, this pleases me.)

Peter doesn’t know how to make coffee, I shouldn’t find this endearing, should I?

Where is Cruz? I do like that Jones is awesome and that all of Peter’s team is wonderfully loyal.

This plan isn’t actually going to work, is it?? Also, what happened to the two mile radius? (eta. I guess it did! I keep waiting for Neal to fail, surely he will at some point.)

Hee, Neal couldn’t resist flashing Fowler with a brilliant smile and that is why I love him so.

OMG, Mozz and El are bffs now and so they can meet for coffee and talk about their worse better halves. She is always so comfortable with criminals, much to Peter’s hilarious chagrin.

Oh boys, I love it when you are honest with each other.

Kate-intervention, yesssssss. I mean I was only joking about that earlier on, but the fact that my flippant comment is now reality is reason 456780 why I love this show.

Origami = symbol of WHAT?? It would be kinda great if Peter was in fact evil, though I don't believe that for a second.

Have you guys seen this scene from next week's ep? My reaction: efwjp'pefj'pfj'fjawfjpwpa!!!

When the show is like one big fic, fics are not that necessary, but today I did read a bunch of great ones, so here are my recs:

Untitled Gen: Peter squinted at him, trying to make out his features against the glare of the sun. "I didn't order anything," he said, firmly.
There was a throwaway line a few episodes back, where Peter accused Neal of delivering coffee to the van which was doing survaillance on him. This fic illustrates that moment perfectly. I love little glimpses of backstory so very much.

In and Out of Being: A minute later, when Jones straightens and Neal takes his foot down off the chair, the weight of the plastic is solid, real, against the bump of bone at his ankle. It settles against his body like the breath inside his chest.
Hints of Peter/Neal and OT3, but mostly Neal/Neal's right hand, beautifully written and makes you see the anklet in a whole different light.

Cut-off Point: Four years is a long time. And then it ends. Peter/Neal/Elizabeth
This is by the same author as the one above and deals with very similar themes (they are not linked, but I feel like they could be) it is a gorgeous fic, one of my favourites.

Taking Liberties: Neal found Kate on the eighteenth of March, in a hotel on the Upper West Side exactly fifty yards beyond the edge of his two-mile radius. (Spoilers for 1x07.) Peter/Neal/Elizabeth
This was written during the hiatus, but it still offers a very interesting and plausible alternative history.

Figure it out: "You, upstairs," El said to Neal. He beamed, twirled on one foot, and trotted out. "And you need to stop making it so fun to mess with you," she added to Peter. Peter/Neal/Elizabeth
This is long and wonderful, with just the right amount of plot and the right amount of (really hot!) porn.

yay!, tv: white collar, recs
