Daiki quickly walked to school, Takaki folling him. "Who said you could call me Dai-chan?"
"But, its cute, and your cute, so I just thought it would be nice."
"My friends, only, call me Dai-chan."
"Oh...well then, i'll be your friend."
Daiki sighed. "Listen, i'm thankful that you helped me on the train...but I don't even know you."
"I know, so can't you get to know me? Would that be so bad?"
Daiki felt a little guilty. Takaki seemed like he just wanted to be friends. "I don't know..."
"Its ok if you don't want to..."
Daiki looked to his side, and saw a sadness in Takaki's eyes. "I guess its fine..."
"Really?" Takaki smiled. "Thanks Dai-chan!"
"Yeah...um...what class are you in?" They walked into the school.
"Um...D-1?"
"Eh? Thats my class."
"Awesome~!"
"You know, I may look like i'm 14...but you act like your 10."
Takaki pouted. "Thats mean Dai-chan."
Daiki couldn't help but laugh at him pouting. "The pout makes you 7..."
Takaki laughed and continued following Daiki, to their class room.
Daiki felt his heart flutter hearing his laugh, and seeing his smile.
What Daiki didn't know, is that he would regret telling him it was ok to be friends...
