first pay, first pedal
even though my first pay was a lot lower than expected (because i wasn't able to file my OTs and i started working 4 days after the month started), i was able to get my very first stomp box:
i was originally gunning for a boston hm100 or hm200 but all the stores that i asked said that either one won't be available until after a month or so. i needed a good dirt pedal before saturday so i decided to contact jp of sound and music people to ask for alternatives. he said he had two pedals that fall within my budget: the bad monkey and screamin' blues. so i decided to rush to the store after work to play with the pedals. i decided to get the screamin' blues because it sounds sexier and a bit more eebil than the bad monkey.
finally, a new playmate for yukihime.
btw, i broke my earlier record of total time spent tuning a guitar. it took me 7 hours before and it took me just an hour last night. wii~ =)
