We have an all hands meeting on Monday mornings at work. When I returned to my desk after today's meeting there was a bag with a dozen chocolate cookies on my keyboard. I have no idea who left them, which is sad because I'd like to thank them. (Actually I have a pretty good idea but said party has thus far denied responsibility)

Now the more important question...what is proper cookie etiquette in this situation? Should I share them with the whole team? How about sending out an all hands email to thank the mystery cookie giver publicly?
