so, updating once again.
last night i talked to Binnaz for awhile. it wasn't TERRIBLY long but it's probably the longest i've been able to talk to her for a little more then a year now i think. it was really nice. she was down so i helped bring her back up. the difference about this conversation was, it was like old times. over the past few years, Naz and i have grown considerably distant. part of it was work schedules, life, etc. and part of it was the fact that i resented her for getting married. i suppose i never did forgive her for doing that, but last night, it didn't matter anymore. we were like Ray and Naz, circa 1997. it was like, seeing an old friend again. it was like being that person i was years ago, young and full of hope, and happy. it made me smile. i hope we can continue to have these types of conversations.
today was alright as far as days go. finally got the third animation done and posted it up on the new website. i'm happy it's finally done and i'm rather proud of it. we also picked up my sister from the airport and went and had dim sum for lunch. i ended up passing out on the couch when the folks left for the game. from there the day just kinda went downhill. having no cable or cable modem sucks ass. it sucks ROYAL ass. i can't believe that there are people who just choose not to have cable. i was so incredibly bored it wasn't even funny. so, day started out good, then leveled off, got better, then went sharply downhill as most of my days do. hopefully tomorrow starts off on a high note.
