Ohkura listened to their reports, his brow creasing deeply as he planned it all.
Senga, Shun and LeeTeuk were making holographic models with help from ChangMin and Tsuka.
Changmin called out, “Ohkura-hyung, I think we have the models ready. I can send them to the team’s comlinks.
Ohkura nodded quickly “Do it.” He turned to Daiki and Jae, “I think we’re ready to go.”
Risa stood up and her presence seemed to grown filling them all with awe, “Ohkura-san you are in charge of this mission because we were deemed worthy. You are not to hurt them if you can avoid it. Disarm them, subdue them but I want as little blood shed as possible.” Her voice allowed no arguments, “You must take Shoon and Ryo with you. They are not to fight, they are there as ambassadors. They are they are to redeem the children of man. They will know the words to say when the time comes.”
Ohkura nearly protested but this was the voice of an Ancient coming from her mouth.
Juri turned and bowed to Ryo and Shoon, “It would be an honor to protect you.”
Ryo and Shoon were a little nervous but they knew Risa was right, they belonged with their friends. They must protect their former kin.
Risa kissed Keito and closed her eyes, “May the heavens watch over you. I will see you when you return.” She had her own mission it would be very dangerous, if she could accomplish this the children of heaven would always be safe here.
Keito and the others stared she was gone as if she hadn’t been there at all.
Keito, Ryo and Shoon felt the touch of their Alpha, “Be strong. I will return. Be brave my pack. Size does not matter; you carry the three kins of earth in your hearts. All will be well trust in me.”
Ohkura called them all to attention, “Akito and Junta will stay behind to protect the Okamotos. I will take Daiki’s men and Jae’s team. Be brave my brothers, the fate of Japan rests in our hands.”
Inoo watched as his kin left the room, Shoon felt different. He felt only half kin; he was part of Risa’s pack. Risa wasn’t here. What did she know that they didn’t?
