AU Vamp Fic Ch.51
Keito overheard the mission leaders discussing the need for a good spy. Ohkura wanted someone who could snuck into the Omega locations without raising suspicion. He wanted on site intel on where they were holding their captives. He slipped out to go back to his room where Risako was waiting.
Risako looked up from her computer, “Keito, nani…is the meeting over already…” she hadn’t heard his father return yet.
Keito shook his head, “Risa, can you assume the features of any canine or just wolves…”
Risako blushed, “Canines are canines and you want me to transform in a dog? Big or little…”
Keito grinned, “Small and cute…”
Risako wrinkled her nose, “You mean like a Chihuahua…”
Keito dared her with her with eyes filled with glee, “Can you…”
Risako nodded, “Hai…”
Excitedly Keito pulled her to her feet and dragged her out the door.

Ohkura looked up as the doors opened, to see Keito and an unfamiliar girl. He stared, “Dare…”
Keito placed his hands on her shoulders, “This is Sugaya Risako, and she is a Hound of Thiess, a fellow immortal also hunted by Omega through the centuries,” he thought at Risako, “Now”.
Risako shifted forms into a whimpering Chihuahua puppy.
Inoo’s eyes nearly popped out of his head, “Sugaya Risako, the writer? The hounds of Thiess are real…”
Risako jumped and curled up in a nearby chair, “Hai, I am a wolf. We can assume any canine form we choose, from a Chihuahua to a grey wolf to a dingo.
Juri was in awe; in all her years in Omega, she had never glimpsed such a creature. She had been sure that the legends were true that Omega had cleaned the world of their filth. She had been told it wouldn’t be long until the vampires joined their immortal kin in the state of extinction. It was only after she’d been an assassin for a while that she realized that since the vampire came out of hiding their numbers were increasing.
Kusano grinned, “Would your kind be responsible for the rumors that the Honshu wolf still lives…”
Risako laughed, “Perhaps, it happens to be my favorite form. My kind only is successful with shape shifting into canines. We prefer wolves because they mean freedom to us…” She shifted into a Honshu wolf and howled.
Keito smiled, “That’s my girl,” as he reached over to scratch behind her ears.
His father blinked in surprise; his what? He sniffed, his son smelled like her and fresh blood. She had a similar scent…
Risako blushed, silently protesting, “Keito…” a fanged smile disappeared as she yipped in contentment.
Jae had heard rumors of werewolves still living in the jungles and forests of South Korea but he’d never found any evidence of such. It was a shock to see one alive…to watch them morph…
Shige awoke from his reverie, “Sugaya-san, come here please…”
Risako glanced back at Keito.
He nodded, “Its ok…”
Risako stayed in her wolf form as she leapt off her chair and made her way to Shige whom she’d only heard of…
Shige crouched beside her, “Will you help us? Omega has kidnapped three people, we need to rescue them soon. One is a mother, a pregnant mother. Omega has no soul…they punish the innocent…”
Risako bared her fangs in distaste, “I know…in fact I know more then all of you. I know who we are…where we come from…the reason for our common ties. We cannot help what we are or how humans chose to see us. You are descended from those who called themselves Olympians while we are the survivors of Atlantis. Neither of us are of Earth or Terra as we’ve called it through out the ages. We are of the stars, the children of heaven are our old name and we are exiles of the same doomed world. We both evolved to need blood to thrive; our mating ceremony is very much like your ritual of bonding. We have the same desires, the same memories…we both can recall the same ancient word. We are both equally more technologically advanced then the natives of this planet. We have both suffered at the hands of Omega, simply because we are not of earth. “
Kenichi was shocked, this Hound knew so much how? The knowledge she claimed was known only to full-blood vampire lords.
Risako heard his silent musing by chance, “I am a writer, I have been drawn to my people’s history, our history since I could read. All I know is from research, dreams…memories…”
Kenichi froze, the prophecy…she seemed to fit an ancient prophecy, one known only to lords of the sky, a name that had lost its meaning in the last few millennia. He gasped in awe, “But she’s not one of us…”
Risako was confused, “Nani…”
Kenichi said gravely, “A vampiric prophecy fulfilled by a were-wolf, I should have realized sooner. We are children of the stars, your kind are the children of the moon…what does it mean…why…”
At his words, Risako fainted; her frightened mind reached out and touched all.

She saw them, seven elders and three lords.
They were shaking hands and hugging each others.
“Farewell my brothers may Aquila, the eagle of heaven watch over thee.” He seemed to be the eldest among the Elders.
Zeus, the great lord shook his hand anguished by their parting but it was best. They were too many to live together…exiled across the galaxy by the destruction of their world. They had to mingle into this world as best they could. “May the moons and stars of Canes Venatici guide and protect thee.”
The older of his sons Apollo spoke suddenly in a strange voice, “Tonight beneath the holy Gemini who cares for us, their children of the heaven part. There will be a child, a child of the moon, a seer who holds the past, present and future within herself. She will unite her people once more, opening eyes; love is her power. None can stand against her, the queen of the stars, the vessel of truth.”

Everyone but Risako awoke with a headache.
Ohkura the proud warrior was afraid.
Inoo who was not born kin was astounded that he had received such an honor.
Kenichi was even more convinced that she was the girl of the prophecy…his son’s girl…
Jae was speechless, he’d heard of vampires that could receive visions but this girl wasn’t even a vampire…and she could share visions…
Juri fell to the ground resting her head on the edge of the table, Omega was so lost…they knew nothing…all their beliefs were false…
Shige soon realized that everyone saw the vision through Risako’s eyes; she had collapsed on him. Not just the full bloods but the half bloods and former humans Inoo and Juri as well…who was this girl?
