Lovely Friday
After a frustrating day of Uni writing and dishes, an improptu decision to go into town for dinner resulted in our Trenchoat Brigade marching into Civic, eating cheap Korean-made bento, and browsing books.
We went to The Tea Centre, and I caught up nominally with someone from past field trips.
We came home, introduced Jen to a tiny nip of Bailey's, and made a pot of "Christmas Tea", which smells strongly of Almond paste until brewed, when the scent softens and turns all yummy.
Out of apathy, we put The Princess Bride on, and then were surprised by Tom returning home with two of The Collective Guys from the Sharehouse of DOOM. We're warm and smiling, with cups of tea and exhaustion.
And now trash-talking the rubbish franchised Star Wars books, where everything went wrong. Beautiful moments, indeed!
