Tom encouraged me to celebrate surviving my seminar by getting a book.

I chose to get Statistics for Archaeologists, but then realised he would smack me upside o the head for buying not only a work related book, but a MATH related, work related book.

So I also got Once Upon a Time in the North, in it's gorgeous, and tactually exciting cover.  I found

I'm going to read it tomorrow morning, while waiting for my lift to an rpg to arrive.

Monster Blood Tattoo I haven't heard of it. What sort of fascinating things? Or should I just go read it for myself?

Oh, awesome! I'm going to have a lot of YA/Kid's literature to read soon, with The Graveyard Book coming out whenever it is, too.
