Toronto Fun Times
So... it looks like this is the year it's finally going to happen... I'll actually be attending the Toronto Island Picnic. Woot! It's only taken me 8 years of saying I'll go to actually make it.
I'll be taking the train in (hopefully. I still need to book the ticket, which will happen this weekend), and arriving around 11:15 at Union Station. Hopefully I won't get lost en route to the island and being able to find people once I arrive.
Costume is a surprise (aka I'll announce it when it's done/wearable), but Paprika is my backup. Food will be cupcakes*... lots and lots of cupcakes (provided I can find a way to bring them.
* Currently looking at making vanilla bean with white chocolate buttercream icing and either carrotcake with cream Cheese icing or blackforest and buttercream. Suggestions are welcome.
