Can I just get a re-do on my entire year to date? Somehow it's almost November, and the only halfway decent thing I can remember happening is my Southwest trip back in May. Everything else has been bad timing and bad decisions and... lousy luck.

Bleh. So this is what life feels like when I don't have my little luxuries of escapism.
