I miss camping sooo much - I've been trying to figure out a way to go do it this year a bit. I've been daydreaming about a camping/road trip in May either up the goldrush trail into central BC or down to Fort Vancouver in Oregon... but OMG yours is MUCH BETTER.
All those National Parks! *drools* Seriously, I will be anxiously awaiting a play by play! I've been briefly to Phoenix and I spent about 5min (literally) peering into the Grand Canyon, but it was enough for me to really want to go and getter a better look at that part of the continent. That norther desert up around the canyon was spectacular, I seem to remember. I'm especially jealous of Arches NP, and one day I want to go see the NP in NM that has those cave dwellings in the cliff? I've heard all about that.
Well, if one can't actually travel, imaginary travel is the next best thing, and you've got me on a roll now! I'll be daydreaming about a road trip in Arizona/New Mexico all morning commute, if not all day, now. :)
