It looked to me to be an odd mixture of things. What is it?

The language on this is Adunaic, there are initials carved into it by someone with an unsteady hand. P. K. It looks like it was Pharrie's doing, the initials would stand for Ar-Pharazon Kathuphazganun. Adunaic for King Pharazon the Conqueror.

As to the identity of the object, this is the Sceptre of Numenor. Something that used to belong to Elros and through the years must have found its way into the hands of Pharrie, then gotten lost during the downfall of Numenor and somehow found its way back into the hands of Lindorie.

It belongs to whoever was the current Numenorean King. Ar-Pharazon's rule has ended so this sceptre here does not belong to him anymore, he is king no more.

Numenor. It's Numenor not Numbedynor.

Numenor is a land that uhm, sank under the ocean and well vanished so it is not around anymore. Some people survived though and continued the Line of Kings, I think the current King would be Eldarion, Aragorn's and Arwen's son...
