So the series is over now. Swept by the damn Ducks. Bob and I have a busy summer ahead of us however, so things might not be so bad. I probably won't have much time to sit and dwell on the fact that we just blew it in the playoffs ( Read more... )

Je suis desole, mon ami. It sucks being out of playoffs. But at least you sound like you have busy summer ahead. That is good. Is good you are being happy.

I'm excited about the summer, too. I'm counting the days until the kids get out of school (28). I'm excited to see them and I know they're going to adore the puppies. I'm looking forward to the Spits stuff too, although I hope I can do most of the work without flying back to Windsor all the time. I'm also looking forward to going with you to Minnesota and eating your mom's cooking!

I hope you can do the work without having to fly back all the time too. I want you with me! My mom'll be thrilled that we're coming back. She'll feed us until we pop. You know this from experience though.
