Now that our fandom’s first BigBang is coming to a close, I’m sure you’re all wondering what to do with yourselves in the following months - well, here’s one suggestion: sign up to participate in the Kurtofsky REVERSE Bang Challenge!
A Reverse Bang is… basically exactly what it sounds like. Instead of writers creating stories for which artists then create graphics, drawings, and vids, in a Reverse Bang, the artists come first. That means that the first people to sign up in the Kurtofsky REVERSE Bang are - you guessed it! The artists.
Artists will be given nearly two months to create a draft of their piece(s), at which point up to three writers will be allowed to claim each artist’s work. After claiming, artists and writers will be given another month and a half to finish their works in time for the January 21st deadline.
Sign-ups for artists begin next Saturday, October 15th! We hope to see many of the talented artists (traditional and graphic) and vidders from this fandom participating.
